ASUS is one of my favorite hardware companies. I buy nothing but ASUS motherboards and have at this moment, two ASUS laptops and two ASUS tablets and two ASUS motherboards in PC’s (1 Windows, 1 Kubuntu) all active machines… call me crazy, but ASUS is everywhere in my tech world. If you include motherboards, I probably have a total of 6 ASUS based machines, followed by 3 Macintosh machines, then 2 Dell. That should tell you how much how much I like the company.
Well, time to share more of their devices, they have just announced what will be the MacBook Air counterpart for Windows and Linux, or why not, maybe another hackintosh. Starts at $999, Core i5 or i7, 11.6 or 13 inch, USB 3, micro HDMI, mini VGA out, stuck with 256 GB SSD upgradable, and ultra light, depending on the upgrades and screen size. Sweeet!
