This video struck many great points. Some that I particularly live by:
- Paying developers enough so they do not think about the money, they think about the work. Market Value++
- Do not leave up-standing walls for creative development. Keep doors open for things to change, and out-of-the-box solutions will come about and revolutionize technologies developed.
- Allow developers to master technologies in their specialty and it will pay dividends.
- Give developers free days, that allow them to work on plans to improve upon what they think will increase overall performance.
