New Slingbox 350 and 500 Announced From Sling Media

I’ve been a faithful Slingbox owner for about 5+ years now owning a couple Slingbox classics and proud owner of their Slingbox Pro HD. I’m very excited to share some good news that Sling Media, maker of the Slingbox set-top media streaming boxes, announced their next generation place shifting hardware.

The purpose of a Slingbox is to watch and control any content that’s on your home television DVR from anywhere you have access to the internet. Although it’s standard these days to on-demand content from your cable service’s website if have missed your show’s most recent episode, meanwhile the slingbox gives you more control since it gives you access to watch your recorded content at any time remotely. Such examples could be your sports content you’ve recorded, your children’s shows you’ve recorded or the latest episode of your favorite show that won’t be available online until the next day or so.
