WYSIWYG, What About Online Coding Tools?

What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) have been quite the rage in the web development era, followed by failed and failed attempts such as TinyMCE and FCK (hmmm…). I can easily say that all these WYSIWYG editors have failed because it’s the consumer who is always right. Our users demand Ease-of-use and today’s editors do not supply. There are better ones such as Google Page, YUI2, but we are still limited.

I say, for the time being, lets skip these WYSIWYG editors and get right down to the source. Yes, I work in source, so it’s easy for me to say.

Take a look at this editor EditArea, which is an open source coding engine. This is one of the only open source coding engines and opens many doors to your new modules, applications, and websites.
