Skype for Windows Phone

Microsoft has really been behind on the latest and greatest, specifically with mobile phones and devices. Fortunately for them, they have the advantage of watching all of their competitors make mistakes, and using their huge capital base to invest in creating the systems that work. Not to mention the number of connections throughout the world that Microsoft already holds.

So, Windows Phone finally gets Skype. What Windows Phones have been missing for so long is the 3rd party support. This is the reason their original smart phones hit a dead end very quickly and how Apple created their own community and promoted their own networks. With Skype creating a Windows Phone app, it allows Face talk with the rest of the world, and that’s where phone are now. Not surprisingly, Windows Phone is growing… Congrats!
