Guess what, all those years of unlocking your cell phone to get them to work on whatever network you want or being able to load up whatever ROM’s you want may soon be moved to the underground. Unlocking cellphones will now be considered a way of “hacking” by the The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This means that many websites, such as AppleInsider.com, XDA, and Android Central are all going to have to be very careful with the content that grows on their site.
