Romo Smartphone Robot, Using your iPhone

The Romo Smartphone Robot begins to shed light into some of the future technologies that may come out over the next couple of years. First… what a great idea. Take an existing mobile phone that is used by a significant portion of the smartphone owners out there (iPhone) and build an accessory that makes the smartphone portable, meaning that it can move around.

With a remote control, via another iPhone or iPad, relocating the device is as simple as driving it, as it is powered by a new set of wheels. You can change directions, run across the room, chase dogs, and more. Give it a friendly face and add an easy to use interface, it makes things fun.

I can see similar things like this to continue to jump out. Very cool kickstarter.
